These forms, created by various organizations, allow families to share important information like health history, medications, and communication preferences. Study Opportunity

Study opportunity for families who have a child or young adult with autism, intellectual disabilities, or developmental disabilities. 

Participating families will receive 12 weeks of training and coaching on individualized interventions for their child. The training will occur in the family’s home. The goal of the training is to build family capacity for addressing behaviors that are important to the child and family.

At this time, families must live within 45 minutes’ drive of Columbia.
